NEW Updates Group

as i dont know how to put a widget updates thing where
it sends you emails of all my updates on my blog and new
freebies etc, i opened a yahoo updates group, so if you
want to keep dated with my latest creations and get
freebies as and when i make them, they will be posted on
my yahoo group FIRST be4 anywhere else!
